Prixel ("we", "us", "our"), a service operated by Pham Tuan Anh (a sole individual, not a registered company), provides price intelligence and repricing tools for e-commerce stores. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account details: name, work email, company name, and password (stored as a salted bcrypt hash — we never store or see your plain-text password). If you sign up with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google. We also store the competitor URLs you add for tracking.
If you connect Shopify, you grant Prixel read access to your product catalog (titles, prices, images, inventory) via the Shopify Admin API so we can match it against competitors. If you enable Auto-reprice, you additionally grant write access to product prices — Prixel only changes prices according to the rules you configure, within any minimum/maximum guardrails you set.
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and debugging. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.
To match your products to competitors, Prixel sends product titles, descriptions, and images to Google's Gemini API. Only product-catalog data is sent for this purpose — never your account credentials, pricing rules, or store access tokens.
We collect publicly available product and pricing information from the competitor URLs you provide, for the purpose of comparing it to your catalog. We do not access non-public areas of any competitor's website.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Shopify (to read/write your store's product data, with your authorization), Google (for Google Sign-In if you use it, and for AI matching via the Gemini API — product-catalog data only, see Section 4), our payment provider Paddle (which acts as Merchant of Record and processes your billing details, payments, and taxes — Prixel never stores your full card number), and infrastructure providers that host our database and email delivery.
We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your stored data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You can access, export, or delete your data, and disconnect Shopify or Google, at any time from your account settings. To request a full data export or deletion, contact us at the address below.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Connections to Prixel use TLS. Access tokens for connected stores are stored encrypted at rest.
Prixel is a business tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, individuals under 18.
We'll update the "Last updated" date below and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
