Refund Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Prixel subscriptions. Prixel is a service operated by Pham Tuan Anh (a sole individual). Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

Prixel offers a 30-day free trial that does not require a credit card. You will not be charged during the trial, so no refund is necessary if you decide not to continue — simply let the trial end or cancel from your account settings.

2. Subscription billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.

3. Refund eligibility

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of a charge. We generally provide a full refund for the most recent monthly payment if requested within this window. Refunds for charges older than 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis, for example where a technical fault prevented you from using the service.

4. How refunds are processed

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Your statement descriptor will reference Paddle rather than Prixel.

5. How to request a refund

Email us at support@prixel.app with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. You can also request a refund directly through the Paddle receipt you received by email. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

6. Non-refundable items

Custom Enterprise arrangements may be subject to separate terms agreed in writing. Any applicable taxes collected are handled by Paddle in line with the jurisdiction's rules.
