These Terms govern your use of Prixel, a service operated by Pham Tuan Anh (a sole individual, not a registered company). By creating an account, you agree to them.
Prixel provides tools to track competitor pricing, receive AI-generated pricing suggestions, and optionally apply price changes to a connected Shopify store automatically ("Auto-reprice").
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Prixel offers Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans with different feature limits, described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day free trial that does not require a credit card.
Our order process and payments are handled by our payment provider, Paddle(Paddle.com). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases — meaning Paddle, not Prixel, is the seller of record on your payment statement and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes/VAT. When you purchase a plan, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, payment disputes, and tax compliance on our behalf.
Connecting Shopify grants Prixel the access scopes shown during setup (read_products, and write_products if Auto-reprice is enabled). You can revoke this access at any time from Settings or directly in your Shopify admin.
Auto-reprice changes live prices on your store based on rules you configure. Prixel provides the tooling; you are responsible for the pricing rules, guardrails, and strategies you choose, and for the resulting prices on your store. We recommend starting in suggest-only mode and setting minimum/maximum guardrails before enabling automatic price changes. Prixel is not liable for revenue, margin, or other business impact resulting from price changes made under rules you configured.
You agree not to: use Prixel to access competitor websites in violation of their terms of service or applicable law; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that. Because payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, refund requests are handled in line with our Refund Policy and Paddle's buyer terms. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the email in Section 16 and we'll work with you and Paddle to resolve it.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to monitor the competitor URLs you add. Prixel collects only publicly accessible information from those URLs.
Prixel and its branding are our property. Your store data, pricing rules, and configurations remain yours.
Prixel integrates with Shopify, Google Sign-In, and Google's Gemini AI service (used for product matching). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
Prixel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated product matches and price suggestions may be inaccurate — review them, especially before enabling Auto-reprice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prixel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You may stop using Prixel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Prixel after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
